Your first visit to Bliss is designed to be a relaxing, welcoming experience. Our friendly team will guide you through your treatment options, ensuring we tailor everything to your specific needs. Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork and settle in.

We recommend arriving a little early to allow time for relaxation before your treatment begins. For waxing services, ensure the area is clean and free from any lotions or oils. If you’re receiving a facial or skin treatment, try to avoid makeup prior to your session.

For best results, hair should be around ¼ inch long (about the length of a grain of rice). This ensures the wax can adhere properly, leading to smoother results.

Our spray tans typically last 7-10 days, depending on your skin type and aftercare routine. To extend the life of your tan, we recommend exfoliating before your appointment and keeping your skin moisturised in the days following the treatment.

After your massage, it’s essential to drink plenty of water to help flush out toxins released during the treatment. Try to avoid strenuous activity immediately afterward and enjoy some rest to maximise the relaxation benefits.

We kindly ask for 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel within the 24-hour window, or miss your appointment, a 50% cancellation fee may apply.
