We understand that life can get busy, and sometimes schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request 24 hours‘ notice. This allows us time to offer your appointment slot to another client.

We ask you to confirm your appointment by replying to our confirmation message or contacting the salon via phone on (08) 9965 9999.

Should you confirm your appointment and do not show, 100% of your bookings value is payable to Bliss Beauty and Wellness. If you fail to confirm your appointment via message or phone, Bliss Beauty and Wellness have the right to cancel your appointment without notice. Previous no shows, will require a 50% deposit when making your appointment.

We value your consideration of our time and thank you for your understanding.

To fully enjoy your treatment and allow yourself time to unwind, we recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This ensures a smooth check-in and allows you to relax before your treatment begins.
